Fabea Wear is a menswear house in Sakumono Estates that makes one thing and makes it properly: the kaftan. Every piece is cut from suiting fabric that holds its shape in Accra heat, finished with hand-worked embroidery, and pressed before it leaves us. We keep a rail of ready-to-wear sizes in the studio, and anything on this site can be made to your own measurements.

We do not chase every trend. We cut the same silhouette again and again until the shoulder sits right, the placket falls straight and the side vents move the way they should. That is why our regulars send us their brothers.

Every piece on this site is a real garment, photographed in the studio. When a size sells out the site says so instead of taking your money and leaving you waiting — and we can almost always cut the same kaftan again to your measurements. Come to the studio in Sakumono Estates and try the size on before you take it — collection is always free, and small alterations are done while you wait.
