Measure across the fullest part of your chest with the tape flat, and compare it with the chart above. If your chest and your shoulder point at two different sizes, follow the shoulder — that is the one we cannot let out.

Not your size, or not in? WhatsApp us your chest, shoulder, sleeve and length and we make it to order. Made-to-order kaftans require seven working days of production before delivery. Made to measure is priced as the largest ready-to-wear size of that piece unless you ask for a fabric we do not keep in the studio, and we will tell you the difference before you send anything.

If you would rather pay after you order, place it without the transaction ID and we will hold it for you.

GH₵50 flat anywhere in Ghana, and free once your order passes GH₵1,500. Collection from the studio is always free.

Other regions go by bus or courier, and we call you before the parcel leaves the studio. Made-to-order and made-to-measure production comes before delivery and is not part of it: we arrange delivery once your piece is finished.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Choose collection at checkout and we set the piece aside at Sakumono Estates, Sakumono Estates. Bring your order number. Come to the studio in Sakumono Estates and try the size on before you take it — collection is always free, and small alterations are done while you wait.

Ready-to-wear orders can be changed within 24 hours of being placed — call or send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and tell us what to change. Bespoke pieces are cut to your measurements, so changes to those are talked through with you during the fitting.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition, with the tags attached and your order number available.

If there is an issue with an order, our first option is to alter or adjust the piece where possible. If the issue cannot be fixed through alteration, we will remake or replace the piece at no additional cost to you.

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are cut specifically for you, so they can only be returned where there is a fault in craftsmanship, an error on our part, or the piece does not match the agreed specifications. In such cases, we will alter, repair, remake or replace the piece as appropriate.

If you do not accept the alteration or remake option, we may issue a refund. For any refund, the original item must first be returned to and received by us before the refund is processed.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we cover the reasonable transportation costs for the return, alteration, repair, remake or replacement. For other returns or changes requested by the customer, the cost of sending the item back to the studio is yours.

Dry clean, or cool hand wash and press on the reverse. Never iron directly over embroidery. Hang it on a broad hanger rather than folding it, and the placket will keep its line.
