The detail
The cloth is the point: an indigo jacquard woven in broken vertical bands, so the surface shifts as the light moves across it. Cut as a short-sleeve top with a plain round neck and finished with a patch pocket in tooled brown leather — the one warm note against all that blue. Comes with the matching trouser, pressed from the same piece of cloth.

- Dry clean, or cool hand wash and press on the reverse. Never iron directly over embroidery.
