The detail
Bright ivory suiting with a short buttoned placket, a welt chest pocket and a fine gold cord laid along both sleeve openings. The hem is the detail — it crosses the body on a diagonal and steps down at the side, so the piece reads long on one side and short on the other. Short sleeve, with the matching ivory trouser.
